So yes, there is likely a lot of 2.4Ghz congestion. They have a microwave in the kitchen, they have cordless phones, they have wireless kiosks. There are also about 10 surrounding SSIDs broadcasting. that are always active, that could be something. Although if they have bluetooth receivers for microphones, instrument pickups, etc. I haven't considered that as an issue though because by the time they open up she is closed for the day. There's a bar directly next door and the stage is literally on the other side of her wall. Everything can be working fine for weeks at a time, then all of a sudden it's like a domino effect for every mouse keyboard using bluetooth. The issues usually happen around peak times of business during the day, but it's random. Less maintenance or potential for trouble.The office is in a plaza with all sorts of businesses. 
Do you see a lot of 2.4ghz wifi there? Microwave ovens, etc? How often does it happen? It might be interesting if possible to take a troubled combination and move it somewhere else like another office or even home for the weekend to see if the trouble stops.īesides that, I agree wired is the way to go in an office environment.
It does sound like there might be RFI in the environment there.
